Your first visit includes a 90 minute initial intake, assessment and treatment.

The remaining follow-up visits are 60 minute sessions.

A group experience under the light is a remarkable and affordable way to share the experience with up to 4 close friends, family members or co-workers. (5 total people)

We encourage speaking and being expressive with one-another if desired to integrate together and build a connective experience. Group sessions are often themed to create powerful shared intentions. Lumen offers 60 minute group sessions to allow time for the entire group.

Included in your visit: greeting and getting settled, brief counseling/instructions and setting intentions, overview of what to expect, Lucia Light immersion, and finally decompression, discussion, and integration of your shared experience.

These are supportive treatments for processing past traumas and unraveling tension held throughout the body. These treatments allow us to further our own work of softening the heart, letting go and surrendering to this greater experience of life.
