Your first visit includes a 90 minute initial intake, assessment and treatment.
These comprehensive treatments can include all the treatment modalities within the scope of Chinese medicine (bodywork, cupping, moxa, qi gong, breathwork, etc.) as well as a Chinese herbal consult. The techniques chosen for the day of depend on the needs of the patient.

We encourage speaking and being expressive with one-another if desired to integrate together and build a connective experience. Group sessions are often themed to create powerful shared intentions. Lumen offers 60 minute group sessions to allow time for the entire group.
Included in your visit: greeting and getting settled, brief counseling/instructions and setting intentions, overview of what to expect, simple guided breathwork, Lucia Light immersion, and finally decompression, discussion, and integration of your shared experience.

Acupuncture & Lucia Light
Welcome to a new frontier of wellness and healing. This combination of acupuncture and light is a rare find and a very special opportunity for you. The needles and selected points hold their own unique wisdom and medicine. Adding a high grade light machine into the mix illuminates and heightens the therapy of the acupuncture treatment.
Your experience will be just what you need: calming, centering and potent.
The type of acupuncture treatments I blend with the Light are primarily geared towards supporting your body’s constitution as well as calming the nervous system, calming the Shen (Spirit) and opening the Heart.
These are supportive treatments for processing past traumas and unraveling tension held throughout the body. These treatments allow us to further our own work of softening the heart, letting go and surrendering to this greater experience of life.
